-Were you a long term or short term transitioner, and why?
Short short term lol.....I began cutting my hair in march from below SL to mid-neck length then from there to the Rihannas new cut then i cut the whole back off natural....then this november I BC'd...its only because i'm soooo impatient...luckily my hair grows pretty fast! I actually was supposed to start transitioning this summer and went the whole summer without the crack but i chickened out and permed again...sigh

-When did you BC? What was your initial reaction to your natural hair?
I BC'd after class on Tuesday November 11th....I am really attached to my hair so I was freaking out! like seriously freaked out...my hair really does determine my mood...sad I know :/

-What was your transition routine? Staple Hair Styles?
I co washed everyday and flat ironed initially but I lost my patience and wanted a change so I cut it!

-How did you moisturize your hair to prevent breakage at the new growth line?
I didn't...I was really bad to my hair but I did use this carrot oil spray that helped my edges recover.

-Why did you choose to go natural? Are you happy with your decision?
I always wanted to go natural but I got perms out of habit, plus my family is from the deep south and aren't cool with naps :( and my grandma and mom and brothers are still mad that I cut my hair. I am sooo happy about it, my friends are all natural and I have a lot of support from my best friends...I can't stop touching my hair and I can't wait 'til it grows out more and I can do henna! I'm so obsessed with everything natural its ridiculous.
