How awesome, I started clapping when you made the first cut! You can really see how your natural hair that grows out of your head the way God intended is so much healthier and beautiful than your relaxed hair. You go Girl!

This video and song is just making me :D today. Seeing videos like this (and blogs like CN and others) makes me believe that more and more black women are finally waking up and realizing they can be beautiful NATURALLY.

LOL. I was smiling thru this entire video. That was me three days ago in my bathroom. My husband came in...and of course didnt even realize what i was doing until he saw the pile of hair in the sink...lol. i did another BC bc i had my hair flat ironed to get it cut a few months back and the hair dresser completely fried it. My hairs been breaking ever since, wont curl right, and everytime i wash my hair clumps of curls fall out. So..i stoppped postponing and just did it. Your face towards the end made me crack up too bc the next day i woke up, took my scarf off, rinsed the condish and said, OMG what have i done! Anywho...tonight im doing a henna treatment and thanks so much to this site bc now i think i know how to care for my hair healthily (if thats a word) and properly by myself. n if i need to go to a hairdresser, not just go to whoever is having a sale during the week, but someone who knows how to handle natural hair..n just being black doesnt make u qualified. n e way ladies, thank you all so much. iw as just looking in the mirror feeling bummed n ugly, n i feel better now. You ladies rock!!!
