that was a great article; i didn't know that tea had THAT many good uses. I used to always drink tea througout the day and need to get back on my tea and oatmeal routine. Those products that they listed for the hair looks promising! I will have to check some of those out

Now I have a reason to load up on green tea (which I LOVE to have after a heavy meal). I'll have to try that Darjeeling tea as well. Off to find tea spritz recipes!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. When I use to spritz my hair with green tea, it was always moisturized. It also grew pretty fast, but that might have something to do with drinking green tea and taking multi vitamins. Plus, my hair was in braids.
