INSTRUCTIONS (quotes extracted and shared from Michael Langford's Book- 'How to Live a Life That Knows Only Love')

1. Think of a person you Love the most. Get in touch with the Love that you feel for them. Then use that same feeling of Love (which goes above and beyond 'acceptance') when practicing this method. Drop the image of the person, and continue to hold the Loving feeling (your natural state!).

2. Now, bring up that feeling of Love from step 1, and paste it on EVERY person, place, or thing, thought, and emotion, every waking moment, every. damn. day! "Love everything you perceive, exactly as it is. Love everything you experience exactly the way it is."

After a while, you see that every person, situation, thought, and emotion is coming and going. The only stability, the only reality, the only thing that isn't coming and going, is this Love. So, you practice the presence of Love until it is revealed that there is only Love! And then everything begins to change from the inside out. The presence of Love is the presence of your true wealth, health, security, and next level life. It is the real you.

FURTHER CLARIFICATION:
Love every thought you have, exactly as it is.
Love those thoughts you think are good, exactly as they are.
Love those thoughts you think are bad, exactly as they are.
Love all of your emotions, exactly the way they are.
If you feel happy, love your happiness, exactly the way it is.
If you feel sad, love your sadness, exactly the way it is.
If you feel fear, love your fear, exactly as it is.
Love your body, exactly the way it is.
Love the objects you see, exactly as they are.
Love the people you see, exactly as they are.
Love your actions just as they are.
Love everything you feel, think, say or do exactly the way it is.
Love everything other people do, feel, think, or say, exactly the way it is.

No changes in external behavior are required. For example, if a vase falls, and you'd normally try to catch it, you will also try and catch the vase while practicing the Loving All Method. You do not allow the vase to fall. You can Love the falling, and Love your attempt to catch it. If someone says something mean to you and you feel bad emotionally because of it, Love the negative emotion as it is, and Love yourself. If you stub your toe, feel Love for the sensation of 'pain', and Love your attempts to soothe yourself. Love the relief you experience as the pain dissolves.

The Loving All Method is a new feeling habit. The practice is FEELING, not thinking, or acting differently. Feeling Love for everything will naturally change your thoughts and actions 🔑 and ultimately the world.

Loving every experience exactly the way it is, makes living much easier. Loving every experience exactly the way it is frees energy that used to be wasted. It will change your daily living to a life of radiant love.  It can fill your life with energy, ease, love, and joy!
