Claim Your Blessings.

We ‘claim’ It by FEELING It.

Smile as you read on. Notice the rise and fall of your breath and the weight of the phone in your hand. Maybe readjust and send some love to your pinky finger if you’ve got it supporting the whole-ass device.

Let’s become aware of Love, now. Feeling Go(o)d, we know this sweet, joyful Presence as the presence of our freedom, of our miracles, of our abundance, NOW. Not tomorrow. We’re not ‘calling It in’, or ‘manifesting’ It in some vague future. The instant we feel It, we got It... and while we’ll watch a series of events unfold to get to that future now, we know, in this now, that IT already IS. #TheBiggestSpoilerAlertEver #IssaHappyEnding

But if Love is being and giving us everything all the time, why do we take so little? How can we receive what we need?

Happy Monday-- 'Keep That Same (Weekend) Energy!'

It doesn’t matter if I’m busy af, writing for myself or for a client, running errands, or on a business call, inside, I got that Saturday morning energy.  Inside, I’m always on silent retreat...at the beach... face to the sun... FREE.

Everywhere I am is church.

The whole world is my ‘monastery without walls’... the ashram... the temple. And this beautiful energy manifests Itself as my beautiful world.

‘When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited.’

‘When the flower blooms, the bees come uninvited.’

- Love speaking through Sri Rama Krishna

Our bees may be clients, customers, signups, patients, recruiters, followers, fans, members, a new relationship, or opportunities. They come when we are in alignment, knowing and being our true Self. They only come when we are effortlessly radiating Love.

You are stronger than your anxious thoughts.

Feeling anxious, impatient, worried, or stuck? To find your way back into alignment say to yourself, ‘this moment couldn’t be any other way.’ Or, ‘in this moment, I couldn’t be anywhere else.’ Or, ‘I couldn’t feel any other way right now.’ View yourself like you’re watching a movie that’s already been written, cast, and shot (with a happy ending). This simple perspective shift is the ‘acceptance’, the ‘let go’. And because you release the resistance to your negative thoughts and feelings, a new opportunity opens up!

Happy 2021 from Clearwater Beach!

They clearly dressed themselves.

At about 9pm on New Years Eve, Max came charging into the kitchen half dressed and said he was looking for his pants that go on his shoulders.  After I figured out what he was talking about, I told him it was too late at night for suspenders and that he needed to go get his 'night pants'.  To which he replied, 'but it's an exciting day!' to which I had no response, but a smile.

The Best Daily Agenda for 2021 Glow Ups

 sorry, I’m busy af

This has been my whole to-do list for going on 7 years. It’s pretty comprehensive and I’ve found that as long as I stick to It, everything gets done.

"Where I am, God is. I need never fear; I need never be afraid. This Presence is with me. This I is within me."

"All there is to a spiritually fruitful life is this conscious abiding in and through the Presence."

"Not by might, nor by power," but by this indwelling Spirit. Never again is it possible to be tempted to accept the belief that you must demonstrate anything other than the continuous realization of this indwelling Presence, because It becomes the form of fulfillment."

"As you remember that it is the recognition of the presence of God in you, and as you are still enough to recognize the presence of this I within you, It then takes care of the daily bread, food, clothing, housing, joy, peace, safety, security, reward, and recognition-- whatever the nature of the fulfillment is to be."

- Joel Goldsmith, 'The Mystical I'

Hey hey!

We're starting again, with a new book, The Mystical I, by Joel Goldsmith.  It's from his final talks (in 1963 and 1964), and truly a culmination of everything he shared over the years. Of the many books of his I've read (more than 6), it's my absolute favorite.

July 2019

Hey hey!

So, I haven't deep treated in 5 years and my henna sessions have gone from optional spa days for fuller-looking natural hair, to absolutely necessary, hurry-the-hell-up-I-got-ish-to-do root touch-up sessions.  I'm talking 30 minutes tops, from application to rinse, and usually only the crown, and usually only the in the front of my head... where people can see! Kinda how I only lotion my face and hands in the winter! Shameful! My hair is not a major priority anymore, and that's okay. It's still pretty healthy, thanks to my extremely *coughs*  'low maintenance' routine.

You Lack Nothing. | #ReadWithLove Meditation Replay (10/5/2020)

"I live in constant meditation, and if a thought should ever show up as anything less than goodness, I know that it would spill over to other people as confusion, and those other people are me. My job is to enlighten myself to that, and to love the spent rose, the sound of the traffic, the litter on the ground, and the literrer who gives me my world. I pick up the litter, do the dishes, sweep the floor, wipe the baby's nose, and question anything that would cost me the awareness of my true nature.  There's nothing kinder than nothing."

9/28 Meditation Replay: How to See God Everywhere

"If you knew how important you are, you would fragment into a billion pieces and just be light.  Any concept keeps your from the awareness of that.  If you really knew who you are without your story, you'd have to be the nameless, the limitless, the ecstatic- just a fool, crazy with love. It's so painful to live outside the light. I don't know how people do it.  It was so painful that I could do it for only forty-three years."

9/21 - Meditation Replay : BEing or Thinking?

“It's not your job to like me - it's mine”
― Byron Katie

Love is in the Air

by Akilah Peynado of www.akilahpeynado.com

Love is in the Air...

“Read with Love”, is BACK and is live. Nikki took a break from snatching off our edges every week with her diamond cut words. I can’t lie, I missed it. I missed her words. I missed the atmosphere that was created on Mondays at 6:30pm via Zoom. However, homegirl HAS to take care of herself first so she can continue to share with others. She was giving us lessons even by taking time off. Silence is the biggest part of the practice.

So I am going to jump right in with a very brief summarization of the 9/14/2020 group. I say “brief” because as you know I can go past 1000 words in regards to what is imparted. Furthermore, I feel like “group” is a moment that needs to be experienced! You can continue to take my word for it though; I’m cool with that, lol!

9/14 - Meditation Replay : Breathing in Love

“Nothing is more important to ensure the success, fulfillment, and harmony of our experience than to begin each day with a meditation to establish oneself in the conscious awareness of God as the one power and one presence, omnipresent, so that God is no longer a word in the mind but an experience."
— The Journey Back to the Father's House by Joel S. Goldsmith

Hey hey! Here's the #ReadingWithLove replay from Monday night!

We discussed the background and intro to Byron Katie's 'A Thousand Names for Joy', my primary practice during my 2-week semi retreat, and a way to not only feel but BE Love now, and always!  Have a listen so you can get the homework for this month (it will absolutely further you along your journey), and enjoy a heart-based meditation.
