-How long have you been natural?
I have been natural a bit over 3 years.
-What is your regimen?
Washing
I wash my hair usually one time a week. Lately I have been using a solution of ACV and water that I squirt onto my hair and scalp. I scrub my scalp and I also gently rub my strands. I find that I don’t have any crunchiness to my ends by doing this. Sometimes I use Aubrey’s Organics shampoo. I have tried several of their shampoos and I liked all of them.
Conditioning
I condition every week. I love to deep condition with yogurt and honey. I slather this on and leave it one for one hour. My hair is soft and strong when I am done doing this. I also use VO5 cheapie conditioners. I really like Whole Food or Trader Joe’s moisturizing conditioners too.
Sealing
I always seal in moisture with castor oil on wet hair.
Drying
I blow dry on cold or I airdry in twists.
Daily Moisture
Each night I apply either Qhemet Biologics Alma and Olive Heavy Cream, Honeybush Tea Soft Hold Gel, or Olive and Honey Hydrating Balm to my strands and wrap my hair up with a silk scarf.
-What is the one thing you’d tell a newbie to help her on her journey?
Use castor oil to seal in moisture on wet hair. This is a life saver for my hair.
-How do you maintain length?
I don’t do anything special to maintain length. I wear my hair out a lot but I also wear it twisted. I think keeping my hair moisturized is the key for me.-
-What’s the best thing about being naturally glamorous?!
The best thing about being naturally glamorous is that I don’t have to rely on anyone else for the care, styling, or health of my hair. Everyday is a good hair day!

wow! I loove her hair!!
It would be nice if she could explain how she apply Castor oil to seal.
Besides wet hair, does she apply all over or just the ends etc..
Is this Miss ChocoLATTE with a new name? LOL! Either way, I’ve been a fan of her hair for years. It’s definitely “bigg” and beautiful.
I love your hair, it looks so healthy and strong!
