Lately, I’ve been receiving a plethora of very similar questions. So, I thought I’d answer a few of them here…
1. How long did it take for you to notice the effects of your multi-vitamin regimen?
To be honest, two or three months. I began taking vitamins (multi, biotin, msm) in March of this year, and I didn’t noticed anything until around June.
2. What is your hair texture?
I’m not a fan of the categories (3bc 4abc), so I say that my hair is kinky/curly/frizzy. My hair is made up of clumpy s waves…some frizzier than others, that come to a corkscrew on the very end. My moniker should be ‘wavynikki’, lol.
3. How has henna changed your hair texture?
If anything, henna has made my hair smoother and THICKER. My waves are slightly looser, but only noticeably so, the week after henna. After a couple of weeks or so, it bounces back, but the frizz control and strength remain. Again, the major difference (besides the auburn glow in the sun!), is smoother, heavier hair 😀
