Current CurlyNikki Giveaways:

The lovely Suburbanbushbabe of NaturallyCurly.com gave me an excellent idea! We all have different nightly routines…some work better than others. Mine varies depending on how I’m wearing my hair. This is what SBB does at night to protect her beautiful curls:

4-5 large dry loose twists that preserve texture for next day

my silk sleep headband from Pretty AntoiNets

If you’ve mastered the nightly routine, submit pictures and instructions to [email protected] There are so many curlies out there with no friggin’ idea of how to preserve their sexy! Help ’em out! Thanks to Suburbanbushbabe for your ingenious idea!

Submissions received before 5pm on March 21st will be entered in a drawing to win 4 ounces of Jessicurl Too Shea Conditioner:

Ingredients: Water infused with Lemongrass, Nettle, Burdock, Kelp, Marshmallow Root,Horsetail, Basil, Bay Leaf, Oregano, Rosemary, Peppermint, Sage, and Thyme; Aloe Vera Juice, Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Cetearyl Alcohol, Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil, Lecithin, Hydrolyzed Oat Flour, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance.

Description: This thick conditioner uses Shea Butter for its moisturizing properties, adding wonderful softness to super dry hair. It also utilizes the beneficial properties of 14 different herbs and spices. Good for daily use on thick, dry hair; it may be too heavy for hair that gets weighed down easily.

Too Shea is very, very similar to Jessicurl’s Weekly Deep Treatment. I find it to be slightly thicker, and perhaps even a tiny bit richer. The only reason it’s not on my HG list is because it contains a bit of protein (Oat Flour). It’s a wonderful conditioner with great detangling properties (Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Cetearyl Alcohol), excellent ingredients, and a delightful citrusy fragrance. Good luck!
