Bantu Knot-Out Day 3

Hola Chicas,

Alrighty…day 3. I had my doubts, but thanks to Tia’s advice, I was able to keep the frizz at bay. Last night I applied Shea Butter to the ends (along with a teeny bit of Set it Free), and crown. I’ve learned that as the days go by, I have to rely less on Whipped Shea, and more on 100% Pure Shea to do the job…the Whipped Shea doesn’t provide the hold I need. Pure shea effortlessly holds the ends together, and keeps the little frizzy hairs at my crown laying down. I could probably get away with one or two more days, but its a henna week 🙂
Day 3 is nice, but not as nice as day 2…today is definitely ‘green light’ hair (check the previous post for reference).

Random Thoughts:
-Burnt cabbage smells bad…really bad.

-Fiber One Bars are great mid-day snacks and fill me up…they also make me windy.
Gastrointestinal distress…that’s a funny phrase! I learned it from SpongeBob 😀
