I’ll dish later today when I have more time, but for now, just know that Sleek and Shine Conditioner is the bizness!!! It has it all — slip, moisture, and yes, HOLD. My hair feels like it used to with DevaCare One Condition. I’ll definitely be re-purchasing, especially for 5 dollars 😀
For the TnC below, I only did 10 twists — 5 on each side (lazy). I left in a lot of S&S and put a bit of Oyin Shine and Define on the ends prior to rolling. I set overnight, and took them down this morn without fluffing.

at Curlynikki if you love the conditioner, try the serum, can you say Awesome!! I've been using this forever. Keeps down frizz and gives my hair great shine, without being weighty on my hair and my wallet.
YES! Their conditioner is on point, I've used it for wash & go's too, I stopped using the shampoo because of the sulfates in it but just kept the conditioner because it gives such a great definition. Love it & it's in every grocery store/drug store there is!

Nikki, I get confused, one moment naturals say only natural ingredients then tout products that I wouldn't buy when I was relaxed! What gives? I don't think that works for coarser hair textures than yours?

My sister told me about this product. So while I was at the super market I purchased it. It has my hair SOFT.. I have to handle my hair with extra care because it feels so light. But I do love it. It makes my hair curly even when i'm trying to plait it in! It has my hair like baby's hair, the ends aren't staying plait or anything it just loses back out!!
Beautiful results! I dunno how u gurlz use the conditioner only method without overconditioning and breakage. That's amazing! As for me, after not using actual hair products (coconut oil/nothing) to style my hair for sooo long, I tried the cond. only method a few times out of curiousity with a few of the conds. mentioned on tightlycurly.com a few weeks ago and my goodness, my hair was coming out and it was too soft and brittle. It was a horrible experience. =( Your hair lookz Ah-mazing though! =)
Yes!!!! I stumbled on this conditioner by accident because at the Sams I was at, they didnt have the Herbal Essence Hello Hydration. So i bought this, and once I used it the next day with a wash and go, I noticed how moisturized it is! But you don't need alot tho, then you'll start to get that white build up(or maybe thats jus me lol)
I tried the sleek and shine leave in. It was horrible. I guess it doesn't work on 4a/b hair. I might try the conditioner though.

I love your hair! For some reason when I try twists, they end up clumping together a lot. I'm wondering do you do your twists really tight or loosely? I'm missing something here 🙂
did you use Sleek and Shine rinse out conditioner or the Sleek and Shine Leave-in conditioner? I've been using the Leave-in for my long-haired sons and me for quite awhile and I love it. Good results and CHEAP!! Maybe I'll try the rinse-out conditioner as a leave-in and see if I like the results better. FYI everyone: I've been using a homemade daily spritz of water,olive oil and Deva One conditioner. I mix a weeks worth in a little 6-oz bottle. This has been keeping my summer bun moisturized and happy.

Oh Wow……your hair looks beautiful….I may have to try this today! I've been needing more hold lately, normally I just use a shea, aloe mix but in this NC Humidity, you know that's not going to work…lol
If you like the conditioner you should definitely try the sleek & shine leave-in conditioner, its the bomb! I used to use it ALL the time, but now whenever I go to pick it up, its ALWAYS sold out!
It actually looks like you get even more definition with this than Devacare One. It looks really good!
Ugh now I promised myself I wouldn't buy anymore hair products for the rest of the summer Nikki!!!

Some of garnier's products have all ingredients I can't pronounce so thats why I was hesitant to purchase!
