To be a Natural Diva means to not worry how the curve turns, in harmony or in a crazy sway, you rock it with confidence and style.

To get this look i did a bantu knot out. I pinned half of my hair back and let the rest out. To slick the front down I put a thin head band.

Being a natural diva to me is about being yourself in your truest state. Not hiding behind chemicals and the opinions of what others think you shoulb be. This also brings about adventure and finding oneself.

This is a picture of me at Prom. Right now I'm transitioning. I let hair air dry and used Caruso rollers and pinned half up

To be a natural diva is to be free of the stereotypes and social demands of what beauty is and be comfortable and confident with your own God Given Beauty.

A natural diva exemplifies a beautiful state of mind of spirit that is free from the chains of a homogeneous society, allowing one's spirit to soar, the results which are reflected in one's outward appearance and cause the magnitudes to stop and revel.

I forgot to put what it means to be a natural diva.

To be a natural diva means to be confident in everything that you, yourself are. Whether it be relaxed, natural, or kinky…be confident!!!

I would LOVE to win this shirt!!! Check this out: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=722106&l=ad6d7d6bd6&id=758758836

Hi! Here's my entry for the fabulous t-shirt. P.S. You've got some skills Dymesha : )

    http://public.fotki.com/NaturalChica/going-au-naturale-j/img_0152jpg.html

Let me first say, I am transitioning and am about 3 months in. I shampooed and deep conditioned with Mizani's Botanifying shampoo and Fulfyl conditioner (P.S. I found some new products yesterday that are sulfate and parabens free made by Organix. Amazing!). After washing, I set my hair with flexi rods (combination of grey, blue and red rods). This particular hairstyle was a result of me trying to extend the life of my flexi-rod set. This style was on day 5 from my initial set. I definitely was inspired by some of the styles displayed on this site.

To me, being a natural diva has become to mean more than just exuding pride because of our rich and healthy hair. This journey thus far has taught me that being a natural diva is all about doing what you feel is best for you, which translates into self-confidence (not arrogance) regarding your WHOLE person that NO ONE can mess with! : )

Thanks again Nikki for the wonderful advice that you provide and also gather from my fellow natural divas : )

I have a twitter, does that count?

I discuss my regimen and new mixtures I try on myself (I'm a baby mixtress, literarally. I'm 16) also other musings.

As far as what it means to be a natural diva, I'd have to say that you know it's real when you get that feeling! You know, when you go to Walmart and you see another natural diva doing her thing, and you get that feeling like, not only am I not alone, but there's somebody with pride. Just like moi!

    Hey Nik, Here's my entry.

    http://public.fotki.com/new2naptural/june-2009/dsc00402jpg.html

I washed, conditioned, applied leave-in and used Ohm Body Sweet Hair Pudding to create single braids. I let my hair dry overnight and removed them the next morning.

To be a natural diva to me means exuding an aura of confidence while enhancing your natural beauty using your God-given features.
