Does any have a phone number for butters and bars? I can’t seem to get a reply on my emails. My first order went great; the second one has been a disaster. No reply on inquiries for information on order information. Received my items late and they sent the wrong item as well. Very disappointing!!! Their customer service sucks!!!!

No I am pretty sure it was ChocolateOrchid who turned me on to this website she pointed out the scent Shea Butter if you like what it does but not the smell!

I have personally purchased shea butter from butter-n-bars (through sharika's page on ebay) i found the page informative, easy to navigate and the pricing was quite fair as well.
i was wondering though how to use the 1lb raw african soap; when it arrives should you shave pieces of it off or will it come in the form of several bars?
