Butters-n-Bars ‘Naturally Beautiful You’ Challenge

By January 27th, 202110 Comments
Butters-n-Bars 'Naturally Beautiful You' Challenge has joined forces with Butters-n-Bars to help make your natural hair the best that it can be! Together we are sponsoring a 6 month long challenge that each of you can participate in…especially considering the weekly henna giveaways! This will all culminate in one grand prize winner in April–Miss Naturally Beautiful You 2010. Miss Naturally Beautiful You will become the face of BnB’s “Everything Natural Corner” and appear on Butters-n-Bars website for one year. She will also receive a “Easy Like A Sunday Morning” gift Package as a special gift.

If you’re unfamiliar with BnB, you’re not alone! It’s a newer company that I came across recently at the recommendation of a fellow henna’er and shea butter pusher. I was elated to say the least. The owner, Sharika, is natural, a mommy, and dedicated to ‘educating, empowering, and enriching’ folks (not to mention being a henna’er and shea butter advocate herself). Her prices are reasonable, and selection grand. I’m most certainly down for supporting her business, and she’s down for supporting the community!

Butters-n-Bars is a mixtress’ haven! You’ll find a variety of natural, handmade products all based from raw, unrefined African Shea Butter. I’m talking everything from hair butters, to soaps! Your inner mixtress now has a one stop shop–veggie glycerin, organic aloe vera gel, coconut oil, and raw shea, all in one place! Wait for it…..drum roll…….they’ve got HENNA! And not just any henna…Jamila Bridal Art Quality 2009. What else could a girl want 🙂

To enter yourself in the Naturally Beautiful You 2010 challenge, pop on over to the forum for instructions and the rules :~)

Does any have a phone number for butters and bars? I can’t seem to get a reply on my emails. My first order went great; the second one has been a disaster. No reply on inquiries for information on order information. Received my items late and they sent the wrong item as well. Very disappointing!!! Their customer service sucks!!!!

At the recommendation of Rustic Beauty's youtube channel I just ordered my Shea Butter. Very reasonable and responded to email support in less than 24 hours. I cannot wait to get my product.

I have also purchased from b-n-b and was very pleased with not only the prices and the quality of the product, BUT most of all her customer service! I am excited to participate 🙂

Great idea, i like you guy's mode of thinking!

I have personally purchased shea butter from butter-n-bars (through sharika's page on ebay) i found the page informative, easy to navigate and the pricing was quite fair as well.

i was wondering though how to use the 1lb raw african soap; when it arrives should you shave pieces of it off or will it come in the form of several bars?
