Hola chicas!

It’s that time again! ‘The images below are of CN readers at their flyyest…at work, on the town, and with the fam. Showing us all that natural hair is not a fad, it’s a way of life…an extension of our beauty! Click on the images to enlarge them:

Aunty Toney:
Well, I finally took a pic of my “corporate” twisted bun! It resulted from waking up to a semi-damp head one morning. First, I pulled it back to a ponytail, but that looked truly ridiculous for a grown woman to wear to work…but then I remembered your messy bun and thought what the hay, and gathered the twists higher on my head…and this is the result! I got so many compliments, it has become a common style, especially if it’s raining or humid.

La’Shara:
This pic was taken last weekend, I was hanging out for SWAC Championship weekend. Kandi was the guest at a party last Friday night. She even had her Mom with her. I was rocking my hair the first day twist-out. I co-washed with Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner and twisted with Coconut Oil and HETT and untwisted with GF Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz serum.

Beverly:
This is me and my coworker at my company holiday party a few weeks ago. I was in love with my hair that night & it was the first time I used the flowers to accesorize! I did a wash and go with some Beyond the Zone Noodle Head Curling Cream (from Sally’s) and a little Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel for the part that is slicked down. I got plenty of compliments that night!

Andrea:
Hi Nikki,
I just BC’d about two months ago and I LOVE your website. This was my second attempt at a twist out and it came out pretty good thanks to all the tips I found in the forums. I was on my way to my 10 year class reunion and was definitely feeling fierce, lol!

CurlyNick:
Check out this curly dude! Gorgeous hair 🙂 In the future, he will be sharing some of his tips… but in the nearer future, he’ll complete an Idol Interview!
