I tried the leave in conditioner 2 times on my biracial little girl's hair and was not too impressed. this product is good if you wash and detangle daily. but after 1 day hair is dry and tangled. my daughter's hair is mostly straight with a slight wave and curly ends. gel from $ store and water works better for us then this stuff. won't waste my money on it again. this company ignore moisture needs completely.
I just tried the leave-in and I have to say I had high hopes for it but I didn't like it at all, its super expensive for one, and it left my hair really dry which I had yet to experience from a leave in until now, so I won't be purchasing that again, but thats just my experience.
I like the deep conditioner, but I LOVE the leave-in. For my hair, it is THE product for wash and go styles. It leaves my curls defined and moisturized; not hard or frizzy.
This is a good conditioner, and I tried it in a sample. It made my hair soft and I was pretty happy with it. But it is expensive and that always deters me from purchasing it. I am not trying to go broke for conditioner, or become a product junkie. Especially when I can find so many other conditioners on the ground (Vitamin Shoppe, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and my friendly neighborhood salon).
My hair loves it. I have used it for about 2 yrs. now.I have The Trio. SHampoo,Deep COnditioner, and Leave In.Makes my hair look and feel great.Smells nice too.
I am a mixed chicks user for life. My hair loves it, a little goes a long way (if you overdo, you have the hardening effect), it smells gorgeous and it perfectly fits in my wash`n go routine and new, hardly wonLess-is- more philosophy. I am recovering from pjism (thank goedss) and I can`t stand a bathroom ful of bottles any longer.
I tried both the leave-in and the deep conditioner during my transition. It's been awhile, but I remember them feeling product-y afterward…they were okay, but I didn't love them, felt too filmy.
I haven't tried the deep conditioner, but I have tried the leave-in and like others, it made my hair hard, dry and crunchy. Plus, the smell and price leave a whole lot to be desired.
I LOVE the Leave in Conditioner. I can use it for a wash n go, bantu knots, flexi rod set just about anything. I like it because it doesnt make my hair hard but holds the shape I am trying to get. Like anything it doesn't work for everyone but for me it works wonders.
I have the leave-in and I don't LOVE it, but it's ok. I travel on the weekend and it's easy to throw in a bag for my wash n go's. It's the only product I need to use. I definitely like the ease of one product.
I have the leave-in, and hated it. Made my hair really hard. i didn't used a lot eithor. It was definitely a waste for me, since It's been sitting in my bathroom for about a year now.
I may just have to try the deep conditioner. I recently ordered the leave-in, but haven't used it yet! I hear its great though, so we shall see once I use it! Im happy to hear that the deep conditioner is awesome! I may have to go ahead and order it!
Not sure about it smelling good but it works pretty well for me. I went to a local salon that sells it and got a few samples before I purchased it.
The deep conditioner was the only thing I changed in my routine and it made my hair shiny and soft. Everyone noticed and asked what I was doing differently. It was in the rotation after that 😉 Plus a little goes a long way for my super fluffy, halo hair. I use a tablespoon size on my entire head.
Now the leave-in is another story…that was a waste of my time 🙁
I've been using this as my deep conditioner along with Carol's Daughters Tui Hair Smoothie for about a year. MC DC has great slip and is moisturizing. Since I've been using it for about a year I want to try something new, but I would definitely recommend it. Its smells good too…SisterBoyd
I don't like it. It made my hair hard and brittle. I'm mxed black, white, cherokee.
