Been fighting to keep my hands out of my hair since I did the chop. Baggying it or wearing my scarves serve as great deterrents for my wayward fingers, but I need to break out of that habit.
This was a great video! I had to laugh because the things she said was true because I still end up with single strand knots lol. I am glad that I stop with the (HIH) disease lol but now I seem to forget to put my hand in my hair (why) because its always tucked away 90% of the time.
