Your website has been an inspiration for my hair journey and my overall life. Before I went all naturale I had lived a very unhealthy life. I mean I almost never ate healthy, thought healthy, nor had a healthy soul . I once heard from a great philosopher that before one can liberate their hair they must first liberate their mind, and I believe for a fact that this theory applied to me completely. My natural hair has taught me so many things about the way I feel about myself and the way I would forever view the world through this new identity of mine. My natural hair has become an entity of African beauty and self love. It has made me a new and improved, beautiful me. I am glad to say I have been natural for 5 months.
I luv this site. I stumbled across it while doing research on hair products for natual hair. Will give updates on my progress
I love that you went natural! I go to the Deeply Rooted Salon in Smyra, Georgia for all my hair care needs, and its the best salon that takes care of you when your making the transition from chemicals to natural.
I'm feeling before pic number 1 the best out of the bunch, but congrats to you on doing the natural thing.
You look great!
Thank you ladies for the support.
Oh beautiful…I have a similar texture and your hair looks so good on you. And I love how you have accessorized your look. Where did you get those earrings? I love your makeup as well. Glad you crossed the street to the natural side. Lovely.
great post, hippie
Congrats! I love your new look. 🙂
This is interesting, keep it up on the natural work.
You go girl. Congratulations on your your transition to natural hair. Some of us are still fighting that battle (I'm transitioning slowly-afraid I can't style short hair). Thanks for the inspiration!. You look lovely.
