My transitioning style. Getting ready for work… Just couldn’t get my edges and certain parts of my hair to lay down. I used some Eco-Styler Gel, sprayed my Suave mixture on my hair and added some Aloe Vera Gel. Finally, I tied my hair down to coax my waves. I added a sprial phony pony to top my look off. I love this style!! I am also looking for more phony ponys to spice up my transitioning styles.

This is me (left end) with friends at an African party. I was rocking my twist
out, the best so far.

Today (Aug 20) is my one year natural-versary and I thought I should submit a picture for fierce friday 🙂
In this pic I was heading out with the hubby to go to get some dinner. This was a fresh twist out using Carols Daughter Hair Milk, Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum, and Biolage Leave-In Conditioner.

Rocking the puff!

I snapped this photo after work while at home to see how well my twist out holds curls. I flat twisted my hair using Eco styler Olive Oil Gel and Bronner Brothers Foam Moisturizing Wrapping Lotion the first night. I re-twist my hair nightly using only the Bronner Brothers setting lotion and it worked great! The style holds even in Alabama heat.

Your blog has been such a blessing for my hair. Love seeing all the beautiful naturals and getting much needed advice!
I was on my way out for my 25th bday. I did my signature Faux-hawk with wash-and-go hair.

On my way to have lunch with my BFF, rocking a twist out. I used Afro Veda Shea Amla Cream. I love being natural!

I’m just stepping out for a little Saturday shopping. I just BC-ed 8/14/2010 and I’m loving it! This is a wash and go styled with Miss Jessie’s Curly Meringue. Love it!
