This is twist out achieved on blow dried hair. I was headed to my birthday dinner.
This is my first attempt at a Twist-n-Curl. I got lots of compliments all day! I usually wear two strand twists, so this was a refreshing change and less work!
Heading to work. Have on one of LuvNaturals scarves and rocking a 3 day old twist out, pinned up on the sides.
On my way to work rocking a twist-out using Taliah Waajid Lock It Up Gel on blown out hair. Got a TON of compliments that day. Loved it!
This pic was taken on my 1 year anniversary (post relaxer). I did a wash n go using a cocktail of Suave Almond/ Shea Butter Conditioner & Wet n Wavy liquid sculpting gel.
Just a day out with family… I used KCCC including the detangling conditioner and the shampoo. I’ve been a natural for about a year and a half =]
My first puff! How skied am I! I love my hair!
I’ve been rocking a bantu knot-out on my short hair for the past couple of weeks, and I’ve been really pleased. The baby is my godson, Leivi. The close-up is one I took, trying to incorporate your tips on how to photograph your hair. Hope I did ok:) Your site has kept me committed to going natural, and I just want to thank you for all the positivity.
Me out on the town with my Sorors for their graduation night. A little gel on the front and sides, pinned it back with 2 large bobby pins on each side in an X, tied it back with a scarf while I got ready, added a flower and viola!! I have mastered the Fro hawk!
