Hola chicas!
It’s that time again! The images below are of CN readers at their flyyest…at work, on the town, and with the fam. Showing us all that natural hair is not a fad, it’s a way of life…an extension of our beauty! Click on the images to enlarge them:
G finally had the pleasure of meeting one of her CN aunties. She wailed and cried for the first 30 minutes… tears of joy, of course, lol. She eventually composed herself and they became fast friends.

I had to share the hair style I wore for the taping of one of the segments I was on for the Dr Oz show airing Jan 7th. It was a spiral set done on natural damp hair with rod and mesh rollers. This style lasted a long time….yayyy.

This is a 2 day old Bantu Knot-out that I did on my (currently transitioning) hair. I was heading to a costume party as a gypsy.

I was almost four months into my transition, and this is one of my favorite styles. This pic was taken on Thanksgiving Day. I co washed with HE HH and Cantu conditioner, applied Cantu Leave-in, sealed with Coconut Oil/ORS Moisturizing Hair Lotion and set on Spongerollers (sooo easy to sleep) with Elasta QP FLS Styling Foam. I used bobby pins to pin up the side for a chic look!

Anne
3 months after the BC. Still loving the natural look!

Dania
This was day 2 of my braid-out. It was early in the morning and I was getting ready for work. Earlier this week, I co-washed my hair with HEHH followed by a deep conditioning using AO White Camelia Conditioner. For the braids, I added in a generous amount of KCKT, and detangled my hair using my Denman D41. With each section I used Jane Carter Nourish & Shine, I let the braids air dry and the following day, took them down. I love doing my braid-outs, especially now that I am pregnant. I spend less time each day doing my hair, it’s been getting SO thick.

Attached is a picture of my hair yesterday. I was at work. I did two-strand flat twists in the front, and a twist-out with the hair that was left out. I’ve been pineappling so this usually lasts me a week before I wash and re-style.

We need more for next week!
Thanks Anonymous!
