Hola chicas!
Baby G
Her new fav pastime… clapping!

Tramaine
This is me rocking a twist-out after wearing mini twists for a week and a half. I was on my way to anatomy lab and thought my twist-out was exceptionally cute. Love the blog!
Latonya
I was headed to a friend’s house for a game night.. tons of fun. This was a Janelle Monae inspired updo on blown-out hair. 🙂
Angelina
Me headed to a party hosted by my sorority. My hair is Co-washed with HEHH, followed by my favorite leave-in conditioner, Yes to Cucumbers, coconut oil to seal the ends, a little Eco Styler Olive Oil gel in the front, and a medium heat blow dry to stretch it a bit.
Shametia
I kept mini twists in my hair for over two weeks and this was how it looked when I took them out. I used Carol’s daughter Loc Butter and Mimosa Hair Honey to twist. When I took this out, I ran some Mimosa Hair Honey through, shook it around and was ready to go to work. This is probably my best twist-out ever!
Dena
The hubby and I were headed to hang out with some friends, and I actually had him snap the photo just so I could show my mom my handiwork :). This was my first ever twist-out on my rapidly growing TWA (I BC’d in June 2010). I need your site more than ever now!

Me (Humblybeautiful) at a friend’s birthday dinner. Finally getting use to the short curly look. Back in October, I chopped off 11 inches and donated it for Locks for Love. I love my curly hair and wish more people would embrace it!

Send in your favorite picture with a caption detailing where you were (or where you were headed to), along with a brief description of your hairstyle, to nikki@curlynikki.com. I’ll post several each Friday. Be sure to use ‘Fierce Friday’ as the subject line!
We always need more!
*claps for Gia* *claps for the ladies* And Ursula, that's a wonderful thing you did.
🙂
Gia is a doll!
Beautiful hair ladies! Ursula, what an inspiration! One of the reasons I went natural is so when I do donate to Locs of Love, the hair would be healthy and strong. Did you straighten your hair before you donated??? How did you do it????
Awwwww thanks ladies. Check out my YouTube, as well as my FB Fan page for more about makeup and hair.

All of the ladies hair looks really good, and Alexandria love the makeup. Ladies check out her youtube page she does a really job of makeup tutorials.
Looking good, ladies!
Baby G just warms my heart 🙂
Aaaaaw @ Baby G! Ursula, I love your hair cut and uniform flow! When I used to do wash n gos, I had to put mine into a ponytail for about 15-30 minutes to get it to hang and be uniform. Anywho, if you read this, was yours' a wash n go too and do you have a method? Gosh, I kind of miss when my hair was cut like that, but it grows back too fast. To keep it shorter, it required too attention to cutting new length.
Latonya's hair is fierce!
I must do another twist out soon! Ladies, you look beautiful!
