It’s that time again! The images below are of CN readers at their flyyest…at work, on the town, and with the fam. Showing us all that natural hair is not a fad, it’s a way of life…an extension of our beauty! Click on the images to enlarge them:
Me and my husband going out for valentines day!!!!!!!!
I did a 10 month transition and FINALLY big chopped. This is me in my best friend’s room the day after my BC.
Oldy but goody from back when my hair was shoulder length or shorter. Heading out for a night on the town rocking a “wash and go” using the kinky curly method but not the kinky curly products, lol. I used Infusium 23 as the leave in and Ecostyler Gel to shingle and seal with some olive oil.
This was a wash and go I did using Mizani True Textures Defining Cream Gel and Curl Extending Cream…my hair was very defined and very soft. My best WNG since I chopped almost a year ago!
Loving my 2nd BC!! Don’t need much to style, lol, I use Giovanni Leave-in, Burnt Sugar Pomade with a hint of Qhemet Biologics Amla Cream. You would think with less time styling now I’d have more time to get out the door… NOPE cuz now I’m too busy admiring myself in the mirror ;0)
Twist Out! I used Miss Jessies “Stretch Silkening Creme”. Love it!
Rocking my very first braid-out! Confident and curly after church!
I was at my friend’s 24th birthday party at Cafe Asia in Washington, D.C. I had a french braid up the back, and a puff on top. I pinned the sides back and let it rock. I have 4b/c hair and I BC’d in October 2008.
