Anywho, I just returned from a vigorous workout session and decided to see what's on cn today and am pleased to see Raven looking so lovely. I am old enough to be Raven's mother and I find it great that she decided to get into a healthy lifestyle. So, Raven, if you do happen to stop by curly nikki, ignore the ignorant comments and keep up the good work.
I don't know how Raven is livin, but if she's making healthy choices then I think it's GREAT. Sure it will take some getting used to her new look. But I have also lost a great deal of weight in the last year and a half (down to a size 10 from a size 18/20), and I did it by gradually changing my lifestyle. But this is not about me….
Of course she will endure criticism–some people judge you based solely on your apperance. After reading a couple of interviews, I'm glad that she (reportedly) felt good about her body at her former size. That's what it's about–loving yourself. As long as you are caring for yourself body, mind, and soul–I have no problem with it. There are women of all shapes and sizes who are unhealthy, and healthy.
She didnt look fat before I miss that's so raven and cheetah girls raven she lost the chest people pay to have 🙁 just watched bridesmaids on Netflix she's bad "god blessed you with that body to bear children" well said not an insult no man wants to rub skin nd bones

Has a plus size(size 16) I always get offended when people only seem to focus on celebrating the smaller version of yourself. We're all celebrating jennifer Hudson and raven for shrinking. I have dieted and exerised myself down to a size 8, but still many of my personal issues remind. I was healthier, but deep inside I was still mirsble. We celebrate the physical change, but have no idea how that person is feeling inside. Once you drop the pounds, it's a struggle to keep it off since your body is not adjusted to that kind of body weight. I appauld her being healthy, and I'm glad that she feels compelete, because your dress size doesn't define your happiness, but it can sometimes predict your level of health.We should be showing off all the different shapes and sizes, not just one.

I think her shape is fine – her stylist however should be fired. I think a lot of the negative comments regarding her shape are because of the poor choice in clothing. Each item on its own is fine – but when paired together (especially that tube top because she's slightly top heavy AND curvy)…it ends up making her look out of proportion. The stylist should have known better than to put a huge chunky print on someone who is already busty because it only accentuates that feature. Paired with skinny jeans which only help to exaggerate the idea of a thin tall frame, Raven looks imbalanced – hence the Sherri Shepperd crack (altho Sherri's frame is totally different so that still wouldn't apply here).
