Hola chicas!

It’s that time again! The images below are of CN readers at their flyyest…at work, on the town, and with the fam. Showing us all that natural hair is not a fad, it’s a way of life…an extension of our beauty! Click on the images to enlarge them–

Just a regular day, headed out to the thrift store! My hair was a 2-day old twist out kept moisturized with a mixture of oil, water and Shea moisture leave in. Last’s nearly a week!

I have been natural since March of 2009. I recently took this picture while vacationing in Miami for Art Basel. I did an overnight flexi-rod set on dry hair with a bit of Miss Jessie’s Silkening Cream and oil.

I spent the day wedding planning with a dry twist-out using Shea butter. I love my curls!
Curly Poof headed to work. I used shea butter, jamaican black castor oil and coconut oil.

Ready to enjoy Thanksgiving with the family! First successful twist out and loving it!
I’m rocking a dry twist out on my way to work. This is my first time doing it and I must say it looks great! 🙂
Going to hang out with friends…

Out on a date night with my husband rocking a two strand twist out on dry hair. I used Oranic Root Stimulator Lock and Twist Gel with some shea butter mixed with coconut oil. Absolutely LOVE your website!!!

I woke up feeling extra cute so I took this photo at work. LOL! 🙂

This look was created on dry hair, misted with Suave Coconut conditioner mixed with water, olive oil, and castor oil. It lasts for two days then I just mist and re-twist.

BTW, this is my second Big Chop. I plan to let my hair grow out over the winter months…looking forward to bigger hair by summer. 🙂
Ok, I’m 38, damn near 40 so I can’t remember when exactly I began my transition. Don’t judge. I did the long transition and this photo was taken on 12-8-11. I had cut the last strands of relaxed ends the night before.
