I just had to send this pic in because I thought it was funny. I was at my friend’s wedding … knocked out (too much late night blogging) … but my hair was looking nice!! It was a 3 or 4 day old twist out with “happy frizz” as you say:)!! Oh, and that’s my SO. He was happy because someone complimented his curls too;)! LOL!!

I am 3c/4a and I mostly use water to moisturize but I seal afterwards with butters (my favorite being shea butter) and oils (coconut oil or EVOO). I also do moisture treatments (castor oil or honey mixed with regular conditioner – Tresemme Naturals) every time I shampoo. I do overnight pre-poo treatments with coconut oil, use Kinky Curly Knot Today as a leave-in and protein treatments with an egg or Giovanni's NutraFix Hair Reconstructor.
