1 lb. of Baby Heirloom tomatoes-Sliced or Quartered
1/2 Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of Fresh Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Let’s get Started

Wait…Please, Wash your Hands.

Okay, now we are ready to start!

Let’s start with our Tomatoes. Place your sliced tomatoes in to a large Bowl toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Now let’s make something Pretty and Delicious! Plate your Dressed tomatoes Top with Parmesan cheese. Now, all you have to do is Enjoy!
