Hola chicas!

It’s that time again! The images below are of CN

Showing us all that natural hair is not a fad, it’s a way of life…an

Heading out on a Saturday night for dinner with friends. I took this pic before I left out. I did a co-wash earlier in the day with Kinky Curly’s Knot Today leave-in conditioner, sealed it with a mixture of apricot kernal/coconut oil and then used a total of 3 bobby pins and one tuck comb to achieve the updo! I was so excited b/c I’ve come such a long way since my first updo, which felt like Edward Scissor hands was massaging my scalp.

I’m at work with a chunky twist-out. Used my own spritz concoction & sealed it with a little coconut oil. Added a little argan oil for shine. http://twitter.com/ManeAngels or http://YouTube.com/ManeAngels

3 weeks and loving it…the best part? I styled my hair in the shower! Headed to work.

After church, I was at my parents rocking a Bantu Knot-out! 🙂

Here are my photos- chunky twist-out done with Shea Moisture Curl & Style Milk, sealed with JC Nourish & Shine!

Hanging out at home on a Saturday morning feeling myself! Lol! Love your site Nikki!

On my way to work with braids on the sides and twist-out on the top updo.

Headed out to do some Saturday thriftin’ sporting my BlaCk OWned wear (support black businesses!) along with a braid-out rolled with cold wave rods.

Easter Hair!

This is the result of a bantu knot out. My friend Brittany, who is a natural herself, did this and it came out beautifully. I was on my way to meet up with friends for lunch.
