Hi Nikki, this is me rocking a Twist-Out headed to get lunch with some friends. The combination of products I used to achieve this look were John Frieda Root Awakening Smoothing Lotion, Fantasia Frizz Buster Serum and Lusters Pink Lotion. FYI you’ve been an AMAZING inspiration in my natural hair journey, thanks for being EVOLUTIONARY, love ya lots!
Just came home from church wearing a two strand twist-out!
Another day at work. Rocking a twist-out with vo5 passion fruit conditioner and Giovanni leave in.
Here are my Sorority Sisters and I before a night OWT! We are rocking the twist-out, the braid-out and a rod curl with flat twist on the side.
This is me rocking a Fab faux hawk roller set. I achieved this look on freshly washed hair that I applied my Shea butter/EVOO/Grape/Coconut oil mixture & Motions foaming wrap. Rolled my hair prior going to bed & lightly spot dried my roots with a handheld drier. Then took them down in the morning & pinned up my sides. Voilà!
Hi Nikki! This was a recent trip to Toronto over the weekend. I just wanted to change my hair from my usual pinned up bun to letting it loose. So it is slightly damp and since my bags never arrived, I was forced to do a drugstore run in CA where I bought and I applied L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise Nutri-Shimmer Conditioner, which is not usually the conditioner I use. I usually use Pantene Relaxed and Natural Conditioner for Women of Color. My hair also had Blue Magic Bergamot Hair & Scalp Conditioner. So this was my wash and go!
This is a braid-out done on dry hair using Organic Root Stimulator’s Hair Pudding and sealing with Castor Oil.
At work with my go to wash n go. After shampoo/conditioner I leave in Tresemme Naturals conditioner, seal with jojoba oil and scrunch in Catwalk Curls Rock Curl Amplifier. Always great results!!
Rocking a coil out headed to the Kappa Carnival at church and then choir rehearsal for our interdenominational choir concert on April 29. This was my first coil out.
My hair has been in mini twists for a few weeks now and I was headed to a going away party some friends were throwing for me. I did a french braid going up in the back and then wrapped the hair in
the front around the back to cover the hair left out from the braid. The big blue flower was the finishing touch.
Just wanted to let you know i LOVE your site!!!! 😀
