The first ingredient Isopropyl Myristate is a synthetic oil used an emollient, thickening agent or lubricant in beauty products. It's also listed as a solvent on the EWG(Environmental Working Group) page. Dicaprylyl ether is a skin conditioning agent (emollient) derived from caprylic acid, a fatty acid found in coconut and palm kernel oils. These two are followed by some natural oils, common names in brackets, did not care to look up all the other stuff at the end though.
