Today’s Practice:

Try the meditation I share from Michael Langford’s, “The Direct Means to Eternal Bliss” called the “Abandon Release Method”(pg. 72) of letting go of everything except for your awareness.  Stay as that formless, bodiless, timeless awareness, today.  Be in the world as That, today, watching the appearance of the body in the world.   And from that Awareness, you’ll watch the appearance of the Christ, of Love, of infinite abundance.
