HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN ONE MINUTE
“The well is one, though countless people draw from it. Only the vessels differ; the water in every one of them is the same.” – Kabir
Imagine you’re a cup full of water, and with these words, I have begun pouring pure maple syrup into you, mixing with your plain water. What was once your regular baseline of okayness, of sameness, is being sweetened. There’s a sweetness mixing with the plainness, with the monotony, with the boredom. With the loneliness. With the lacklusterness. With what you perceived as lack. I’m pouring abundance into the mix. And this feeling will only intensify as you close that body’s eyes. The sweetness will become even sweeter, effortlessly, completely different than how you were just 1 minute ago. You are effortlessly completely different from who you were just 1 minute ago.
That sweetness may make you lean to the left or to the right, it may make you sway, it may make your face smile. It’s like a song is being sung inside that only you can hear, but it’s everywhere.
As you open your eyes again, coming out of the darkness, but not out of the sweetness, nothing looks different, but everything is. Nothing is the same. Can you make that assumption with me while feeling the sweetness? Can you know that as long as you feel this sweetness, you are living in the reality where life only gets sweeter from here. Can you revisit this sweetness, re-activate it frequently today? Can you, just for contrast, go back to not feeling it right now? Go back to being just a plain cup of water. Go back to your regular life. Now relax back into the sweetness.
The sweetness isn’t something I added. The water is sweet. The cup is sweet; everything has a sweetness to it when you first relax into it there. This has changed your life fundamentally. You no longer need a miracle. You will perform them as long as thoughts are mixed with This. As long as thoughts are happening in This. They are supported. I love you.
