Can You Control Your Reality? The Link Between Consciousness and Matter

Good morning. Good morning to you.

I think the biggest challenge that we face is letting go of the idea that something is wrong right now, or that something is missing or has been delayed, or that if that one thing happened, then you would be okay. Then it would be okay. Then you could relax. You would be happy.

But if you think back, your whole life has been kind of in this limbo of waiting. And I know you have read all the same books I have read. You know that it is like happiness is just around the corner all the time. When you are in high school, you cannot wait to graduate, right? When you graduate, you cannot wait to get a great job, and you cannot wait to find someone to marry, to get the house, to get the children, the pets, the retirement, everything. It is just waiting for the next, praying for the next.

And while you are living in what you had prayed for, you are uneasy. Your head is on a swivel; you are looking, trying to see around the next corner instead of relaxing and enjoying where you are. And a lot of that is fear of what will happen if I feel contentment. Will I become lazy? Will things stop working? Will they stop moving forward if I am not constantly engaged in making things better?

What would happen if you just showed up today and radiated this Love? The only thing that you know for sure is that only Love is here. And you do not know how; you cannot say how it has gotten you here, how it has carried you through. You have met with disappointment, yes, but you have also been met with great mercy, miracles, small ones, big ones, last-minute ones. Heartbreaks, yes. That is the nature of this plane.

How does the spiritual reality relate to the material one? I think that is the question that underlies all of it. Can you influence the material one? Well, if there is only Love here, there is no you, and there is no stuff to want. And so that brings you right back to zero, right back to nothing, right back to being nobody, no one.

And what I have come to know is that when you are actively aware of this Love, actively aware that you are nobody but the Father, like Jesus taught us, “I and the Father are one”, when you are looking at me, you are looking at the Father. You have to look through the “Nikki” and her shortcomings and her limited clarity. And when I look through Nikki and her shortcomings and her limited clarity, nothing but clarity [remains].

That is where these words come from. They do not come from Nikki. The breakthrough that you are waiting for, that has you listening to Nikki, has already broken through. It is unfolding right now, appearing as exactly what you did not expect it to appear as.

Letting go, surrendering, which is what you must do, looks like hearing a thought that is scary or concerning or sends you into that spiral. Here, instead of going with that thought, begin to hear “only Love is here” on the in-breath, “only Love is here” on the out-breath, and keep that going as much as you can.

Allow it to point you to that feeling, to that state where only Love is here, no matter what it appears as. That means that the money that you might be waiting for is Love. The bank account it would appear in is Love. The hands that will spend it are Love. The house you are living in is Love. The one you will move to is Love. It is all Love.

Bawamuyadin says a prayer such as this, although it is repeated over and over like “only Love is here,” does not seek to arouse the energies of the elements, but rather to cut their influence, thus purifying the heart, purifying your eyes.

Sit with it today. Five minutes. Set an alarm. Every breath. And do not adjust the breathing; do not make it deeper or longer. Allow the breath to come and go as it does. And just inside, here, effortlessly, “only Love is here” on the exhale, and then hear it again on the inhale. It is like you are inhaling Love, and you are exhaling it.

And then, even after that five minutes is over, the five minutes of dedicated time, because sitting to meditate for too long, too often, keeps you in duality because who is sitting down to meditate? Who is sitting down to breathe and listen? But even while that body is moving and breathing, here, “only Love is here.” That is where the real work happens, because you begin seeing through the door you are walking through. You begin seeing through the email that just came or the phone call that is coming through. You begin seeing through the thought that comes while the thought is present: “only Love is here.”

If that is true, this thought about this pain in my neck or in my back, or the problem I have with this person or that person at work, you immediately see through it. It is like it all becomes a vapor instead of the vipers that you were surrounded by. You do not have to fight. This is the surrender.

The last one: Only Love is here. I Love you.

You can trust that the work you are doing is His, and He will prosper it.
