There is only one thing you can always be doing, and that is feeling Me. Being aware of Me. Even when you can’t speak or pray, you can perceive Me. This takes no effort and no strain. It doesn’t remove you from your responsibilities or pull you out of the moment. It doesn’t overlay life with spiritual practices you start and stop and forget.

I AM THE MEAT THE WORLD KNOWS NOT OF. YOU HAVE MEAT THE WORLD KNOWS NOT OF. You don’t need this to work. YOU NEED TO EAT. Eat so you can remember who you are. Eat and feel so you can remember who I Am. This is not motivation. I AM NOURISHMENT. This will stop you in your tracks. You’ll know exactly when it happens because doubt will not argue; it will leave.

I AM SENDING PROOF. I AM YOUR FOUNDATION NOW. Nothing built on Me collapses. Nothing rooted in Me fails. You are the unbroken, the unbeatable, the unstoppable, the unblameable. THE INEVITABLE. The Blood speaks for you now. I speak for your family. I speak for your home. You are no longer building in vain. You are no longer praying for vanity or asking for what you do not need. I am praying in you, and I am drawing to you everything required for your glory in Me.

Your increase has been increased. Your ability to receive has expanded. Your life can reach you now. The ceiling you felt was never real, but this solid ground is. My Word is. By My stripes you were healed. Let that settle into your soul, into your bones. Let it sit you down. For years you were running, ragged, seeking, exhausted, trying to do what was already done and striving for what was already prepared and fully given. You weren’t running toward Me. You were running from Me, from rest, from healing, and you couldn’t see it.
