When you get a chance, check out this site:
http://healthycurls.awardspace.com/cone-free.html
It is chock full of WONDERFUL information, delivered in a very matter-of-fact style. I especially found these articles to be helpful- revisiting them several times over the past couple of years:
Cheat Sheet- Silicones (gives you a quick look at which cones are water soluble [can be removed using water only], and which ones aren’t)
Silicone Free Conditioners (if you decide to go the CG route, this list will give you somewhere to start)
Sulfate, Protein and Silicone Free Products (a wonderful database!)
Let me know your thoughts!
Later Gators,
Nik

I so wish I would have none about this before I spent my money on a conditioner with Dimethicone which isn’t water-soluble well thank you for posting this I will definitely look out for the “bad” cones now
