As natural divas, we know that the right accessories can make or break a look. Gorgeous hair flowers are hard to come by, and whenever you do run across them, they’re usually the wrong color, an inappropriate material, or too big, or too small! The lovely Ni-Kiya, aka bambiix2 teaches us how to create our own!
omg!!! I know what my next craft project is going to be!!!!
Lord, this is too much work for me
Thank you so much for this easy-to-use description of a really beautiful hair flower!! I finished my first today and have two more started allready!

Love the flowers, love your style, loved the music. Very inspiring!
wow…good video….i think im going to try it…it could be my new weekend project…thanks
Loving it…………
Also, I'm thinking I should be able to get 2-3 flowers and a scarf/headband out of each. Great investment!
Just made my first one. Now I can't sew a lick but this came out beautifully. It took me 1 1/2 hours but now that I understand it I think I should be able to make one in less than an hour. I love it and I got my fabric off the remnants rack at JoAnn's and each piece was around $2 or less. Can't beat that, especially since most hair flowers I've seen cost $6-$7 bucks. Thanks for showing me how to make this! I'll post pics soon!
Thanks so much ! I just made my first one (it took me 3 hours) and I love it!!! It's truly a labor of love.
Great video!! I definitely want to try making my own accessories.
I followed the video last night and made two of these lovely flowers, they came out so well. I mixed and matched different colors on the second one. It's time consuming but the results are so worth it. I'm even thinking of different ideas like sewing in a twisty so that the flower can be worn as a ponytail holder. Thank you for sharing with all of us, you are beautiful and creative.
Thank you so much for this video. I was out looking for flowers for my hair and I was having such a hard time because either the colors weren't right or the flowers weren't the correct size for my face. I am definitely going to buy the fabric and try this
I am glad you posted this cause I don't want to spend almost $10 for those huge hair flowers. Thanks niki
Great video!!! I went looking for hair accessories the other day and I wasn't able to find anything big enough, but these will be perfect! And they would probably look good as a brooch or pin too. So versatile. THANKS!!!
These flowers are inspirational! I can't wait to get started. Now, when will we get the five petal video….:)
Love this!!!

OMG! Just the other day I was shopping around for flowers that I could adorn my natural hair with as well as coordinate with my outfits for the summer. I adore this!!!! Brilliant! You inspired me to go out and make one today! And if it works out, I will make several for my other natural familia.
Your video also gave me ideas….smaller little rosette flowers on hair pins, perhaps? It would be perfect for side styles or occasions where smaller flowers would work better. It might be more of a challenge to sew though! lol
Thanks again for sharing your creativity! 🙂
