Want to save some money? Try some home frizzy hair remedies for keeping the spring in your curls. These remedies can help you have no-frizz curls with items picked up from your local grocery store. Here are our tips to repair dry hair now!

Rinses

Rinsing your hair with something other than your shower water can work wonders!

1. Carbonated water rinse. If you often let your curls air dry, this is a great remedy to eliminate hair frizz caused by humidity. After you wash your hair, give it a final rinse with carbonated or sparkling water. The reason carbonated or sparkling water reduces frizz is because of it’s low pH level. Learn more about pH levels and frizz now.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar. This is another great natural remedy that is very effective in preventing frizzy curls. The procedure is very much like the process above with the carbonated/sparkling water. Wash your hair as you normally would and give it a final rinse with equal parts water and apple cider vinegar. Another great benefit of apple cider vinegar is shine! Shiny and frizz-free hair? 3. Beer. Beer is another great rinse option, and ranks third on our list of unconventional no-frizz tips. Beer replenishes moisture in your hair. Dark beers often provide the most nutrients and moisture. When doing the rinse, simply coat your hair with them and let it sit for a few minutes. When ready, rinse your hair with cold water—which will also help get rid of the smell.

Try Aussie 3 minute miracle. But leave it in for an hour or so. Do this once a week. It helps a lot. Also it makes it smell good

I was a loyal follower of coconut oil but my hair started complaining, guess it became too greasy for me. I started using argan oil and it's not greasy at all so it's really good. My favorite argan oil is from this brand called Pro Naturals (ordered it online from "beyas.ca") because it's also a heat protectant and it's very light and has a really nice, subtle smell. You can put some on your damp hair after a shower and it'll fix your hair all day long, it's really good for breakage, frizz, dryness and to prevent hair loss and split ends.

If it's for my hair, I love using Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil System to smooth and revitalize my hair. The argan oil repairs and strengthens, plus it gets rid of frizz and brittle strands. It really gives your hair a nice healthy, freshened feeling!

I am a 13 year old girl and Im half african american and half american (white) not trying to be racist. I have long browwn hair but it is in ringlets aka curls and it looks very short when dry. It also gets very frizzy. I hate it! The only way to tame the beast is to put conditioner in it (the kind you use in the shower) but I know that cant be good for my hair so I am hopeless. Please help!!! -bluebird101

Hey I am from India and I have curly hair but even though I shampoo and condition it, the frizziness stays. I even tried applying oil and then taking a shower. But it doesn't help. What can I do to make it smooth and increase the volume ?

Whoever said "He giveth with one hand, and taketh away with the other" was probably not thinking of curly or wavy hair. Nonetheless, it is apropos because those lucky enough to have naturally curly hair are also sometimes visited by the dreaded frizzies.

Take heart, lucky ones, Shielo's Bounce Style Creme is just what you need to zap the fly-away frizzies. Further, we need no longer dread the first few weeks of a new perm. This styling lotion is especially formulated to enhance and form curls on naturally curly or permed hair. Presto – soft, shiny, manageable ringlets.

Simply towel dry and then distribute lotion through your hair, and then style.

My curl pattern was loose because I used to flat iron every two weeks. I had some heat damage that I cut off but my curl was still not as tight as usual until I did a protein treatment. Now I have crazy shrinkage because my hair is so curly and my hair is so much healthier than it was even before I started pressing and my curls are much tighter. Its been 4 months since I did the protein treatment and my hair is still in great shape. I would recommend a light protein treatment. I think it will help you depending on how damaged your hair is and if it reversible. This just my educated opinion.
