On my way over! Nikki is doing big things!!!
Good tips and thank you! A good routine is the key….consistency!!
Good tips especially for newbies.
This article was so very helpful!! I'm transitioning and needed these tips. I am going to bookmark the web page for future references. Thanks Nikki!
When you DT, allow it to cool (5-10 minutes) then on top add a cheap conditioner and then rinse the two out together. Your hair will feel amazing!
Love this post! The information is always so helpful. I keep to my routine like clockwork and I can vouch for the fact that it has kept my hair in great condition and I'm really seeing steady growth. I calendar just about everything from the weeks when I only co wash and DT to the weeks when I do bentonite clay cleanses and my "protein weeks". Being steady and consistent will yield the best results. If anything I'd say make sure to DT (weekly is best for me) and I always, always, always pre-poo before wetting my hair unless I'm doing a bentonite treatment.
So it's best to use an instant conditioner before using a deep treatment? How did I not know this?? (I usually shampoo, deep treatment, then add conditioner) Will be trying it though to see if I get different results!
Thanks for the tips!
I need to work on my buning and wash n go'. It is so hard to maintain a wash n go the next day or finding a pony tail holder big enough for my hair I have alot of hair. I am most definitely going to try these tips.
Very helpful installment! Glad I headed over because as a new natural I'm really trying to learn the most effective and efficient (time saving) nightly routines.
Thanks for sharing!
