I’ve talked about this video, and shared this practice in SO many of my #ReadWithLove meditations. It’s powerful. It’s simple. You should try it, now! He says it’s for folks that have a difficult time with ‘traditional’ meditations, and for people who are full of strong emotions and negative thoughts.  
He says, “…you cannot be like this (hands in prayer pose, head gently bowed) and have negative thoughts, it doesn’t work. Something is a stranger here, and it’s not this.” POWER. Let me know if you try it and how you feel, in the comments!
