THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Whenever the Holy Spirit brings your attention to the number 23, He wants you to know that you don’t actually want anything BUT God. You won’t lack anything you need. He wants you to know that this Love is your shepherd. This Joy… His Presence within you, that you can sense as a real experience (He’s more real to me than this computer is… than this body is… than you are), as a real, constant, permanent, glorious but quite natural encounter, is your shepherd and you are to be still in this knowledge (aka rest), and to praise in this knowledge (stir the oil!).

Sometimes I sit and I’m quietly and peacefully charged by my shepherd, and then I get right up and go out for my 6-mile prayer walks, tongues come, tears come, I kinda bounce with each step… praise in each step… I take each step in the Blood of Jesus… when I’m walking, I AM THE BLOOD OF JESUS and everywhere I look I wash. I make Holy. I make new. When I’m walking, I AM THE BURNING BUSH, lighting up every place I step. Owning every place I step. But I’m not special. You are this, too.
Psalm 23 has become your identity. The realm you live in and operate from. You appear to be in this world but you and I both know that you are NOT of it. That’s why you’ve always felt different. Like an outsider. Because you are- you’re an insider haha! You are sitting on top of this mountain with me, looking down, while looking up… looking in. WE ARE SO BLESSED. There’s not enough words to express how blessed you are, and you will see. But I need you to feel It first with me.
Again, Psalm 23 is not just a Psalm. It’s not just a song. It’s your location. Your new address.
Psalm 23 Is a Portal, Not a Poem
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
Important 23’s in the Bible
Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. This is the foundation. The voice behind the number. Every time you see 23, you’re being reminded: you don’t lack anything. You’ve already been led to still waters. You’re already being restored.
Exodus 23:20-23 I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you and bring you to the place I prepared. His Presence goes before you, clearing the path, lighting it up, covering it and you in glory. When you see 23, think, ‘I AM COVERED.’ Or, ‘IT IS COVERED.’ Whatever that bill or issue may be!
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that He should lie. If He said it, He will do it. If He whispered it, it’s already in motion. 23 is a reminder that you’re not manifesting the promise, you’re remembering it. It’s sealed. It’s done. Open your eyes. Be opened.
2 Samuel 23:5 He has made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things and sure. Your life is not random. The oil on your life is not light. It’s extra-royal. Your steps are extremely guided. No mistakes have been made. Only opportunities to come closer to God. The covenant is not fragile. It’s forever. You’re in something that cannot break. You cannot lose.
Jeremiah 23:29 Is not My word like fire, like a hammer that breaks the rock? The Word in your mouth is not soft. It’s not passive. IT’S FLAME. It’s Force. It’s breakthrough. 23 means you’re not just walking, you’re warring with peace. You’re shifting atmospheres with stillness. With Joy you win!
Hebrews 12:23 You have come to the assembly of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You are known. You are enrolled. You are firstborn. You are being increased as we speak.
Psalm 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. Even when you feel unsure, your feet are steady. Even when you can’t see it, you’re still in sync. You’re being carried. You’re being directed. You’re not drifing. This is the Dance.
Matthew 1:23 They shall call His name Emmanuel, God with us. This is what 23 really means. God with you. In you. As you. Walking you through the fire, becoming all Fire, talking you into your next, holding you right now. You are not alone. You’ve never been alone.
