A person who works out daily may wash or co-wash their hair just as of often, while others may not find it necessary to do so because their personal lifestyle doesn’t require it. You may have a weekly wash day to keep your scalp and hair buildup-free if you tend to use a lot of product. If not, maybe it’s bi-weekly. Hair thrives best when it grows from a clean environment, free of excessive dirt or buildup. As long as you’ve got that covered, whatever the frequency, fabulous! The bottom line is, what you decide for yourself according to your schedule and hair needs, do your best to stick to it.
