I have a confession to make: I’m obsessed with podcasts. It all started when I realized the tea of the Breakfast Club daily was starting to get a little stale, and I found myself wanting more. My obsession started innocently enough. I took a listen to an episode of Buzzfeed’s Another Round, hosted by two fabulous self-proclaimed bougie black girls, Tracy and Heben. I knew I was never going back after my fifth straight episode.

This content is too good to keep to myself y’all. I’m all about giving. So, here’s a quick list of the 5 Best Podcasts keep your feeds fresh all summer long.

1. Buzzfeed’s Another Round

Tracy and Heben are the friends you wish you’d met your Freshman year in college. They’re cool, they’re funny, and they have absolutely NO filter. At times Buzzfeed’s website may read as a little tone deaf, or reaching, but this podcast is the real deal. Their rise to the top has been fast and well deserved. They’re unashamedly themselves, and their authentic quirky black girl attitudes are a breath of fresh air in a world of super stale media.

It’s a running commentary on all things black culture, with the best kind of commentary.
