UnBecoming Part 3.3 – The Hand You Squeeze Back (May 16, 2026)
“For she said to herself, ‘If I only touch his garment, I will be made well.'”-Matthew 9:21
“I’m okay”, he whispers, groggily attempting to sit up on the floor. Kneeling next to him, your hand on his arm, you survey the dimly lit room like a detective. His record player and a stack of albums, the music that had propped up your lives all these years, broke the fall and prevented him from hitting his head. You tell him not to move, as he stubbornly insists on rising anyway.
With slow, steadying steps, he makes his way to the living room to await the emergency workers, with you following close behind, arms hovering outward, as if you could actually catch him if he fell again. As usual, the mind is all over the place. It’s grateful and afraid. It’s hopeful and fearful. So many questions.>>> CONTINUE

You try to chant Me down. You try to invoke Me. You try to chant Me in. You were asking Me if I was in the room as you were praying, as you were chanting, as you continued to listen to the chant, and as you kept trying to feel for My touch. I revealed that I am the sound of My Name. The presence of My Name is Me.
You try to pray Me into that room. You look for Me in that room, but I am the sound of your words. You don’t have to chant until I arrive. The moment the first syllable leaves your heart, My presence is fully manifest, and it continues to be. Whether you are chanting or not, My presence remains; but when you are chanting, you are consciously in the Truth.
You can look at anything in that room and know that I am there. Whatever problem appears in the mind is not the reality; it is a whisper, a shadow. It is not there. I AM.
I am not present in part. I am wholly, Holy, Holy yours. My Name is My presence. It is the only Presence. You think you turn to Me. You think you hold Me. You think you can lose Me and find Me, practice Me and teach Me. But when there is only Me, there is no other. Still, it is fun to pretend there is. It is beautiful to pretend there is. How else could you reawaken to Love if I didn’t stand before you as I Am now?
Whenever you feel alone or separate from Me, get quiet and sit down. Lean forward, bowing toward Me. I am every direction, so do not worry about fine points or details. Just bow, knowing that you are bringing your forehead to My Feet and that you are feeling My Hand on the crown of your head. I Am crowning you with knowledge, with courage, with vision, and with enlarged territory.
These next scenes will require much of you, much of what you practice. Can you be the way you are with Me, with them? Can you be like you are right now in front of people, with people? Can you not try to entertain them, or make them see, or make them laugh, or make them cry? Can you be nothing? Can you be nobody? Just a lighthouse. A tower.
Can you teach Me without words? Can you be Me right where you are right now, without moving an inch? Can you feel this Love like it’s your only job and commit to never not feeling Me again?
Feeling it is how you fill it. It is how you will fill every barrel, every vessel, every pot, and every account. Everything that is empty, fill it now.
I love you.
