UnBecoming Part 4 – California Love (May 17, 2026)
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” -Isaiah 43:18-19
Your only trips to California had been to L.A. To the Hills. To Grammy parties. Red carpets. Album releases. VIP sections. Celebrity culture. You’ve squeezed so many incarnations into this one. So many stories. Many of which have dissolved entirely. The only thing you can recall consistently now is the Name of God. When you bump into pictures of those previous iterations of yourself, it’s very dreamlike. The past is very dreamlike. The present is too, you’re noticing, but like a lucid one.
You’re constantly encountering what you know to be beyond the dream, what you know to be Grace… keeping you aware, guiding you to new experiences that will serve to keep you awake to Love, to the Name, even as the dream plays on. It seems that with all the practices you’ve been exposed to, the only one that consistently breaks the hypnotism of the dream, the only one that keeps you out of trouble and initiates miracles like breath, is the Name. I don’t ask you to visualize or imagine anything. You already are. You already have. That is what all of this is. I ask you only to notice what I’ve placed here to guide you out, to guide you back in, under my protection.
Can you find the tether? The rope? The Name? Can you hear it? Listen. All that you see is My Name in different densities, different frequencies, different levels and qualities of distortion. As you begin to hear the pulse, to feel the pulse, you are no longer afraid of your own shadow. You stop pasting false lights or paying attention to screens and stories over the greatest One. You stop overlooking the Great One. You stop prioritizing your feelings over Mine. You stop trying to prop your name up over Mine.
When you sing, you are pushing light out into the problems, onto the problems. When you chant the Name, you are tuning everything back into harmony, turning it all back toward Me, like sunflowers turning to the real Son.
You didn’t inherit “problems.” You inherited a sound-deficit. A Name-deficit. But you are closing the gap with every repetition.
Every time you encounter a flat note, an untuned instrument, or a glitch in the dream, you don’t try to “fix” it. You riff. You keep My Name going. You answer back with My Name to the bills, to that person, to that attitude, to the weather, to the symptom, to the diagnosis, to the crying child, to the turbulence, and to the schedule that says you’re behind. The Name restores balance. It reveals a greater plane, one which will still be revealed as an illusion, but a more beautiful one, descending from the clouds, glowing and radiant with the Love you are feeling right now.
You are building that plane right now; every Name is a brick. More Light. Keep pushing It out. I love you.
