A Public Service Announcement (And a Little Sunday Life Update)
This is a public service announcement.
If you buy frozen wild blueberries (most likely ’cause Medical Medium said to), and you’ve only used them in your smoothies, I invite you to pour some into a pretty bowl and go do other stuff for about 30 minutes. Then return to the pretty bowl with the now-thawed wild blueberries. And EAT THEM with a spoon. It’s the inside of a pie lol. Cobbler minus the cob. But with too many health benefits to list here. Eat them while you google. Here’s to your heart health, managed blood sugar, and good skin! It’s like a delicious grain-free porridge… the texture is right. The sweetness is right. THIS is what I’ve been looking for! And you don’t have to cook or even heat it lol. And Dr. Sebi would approve!
Hopefully it counteracts some of this baked mac and cheese and sweet potato pie I’m about to make and ENJOY to the fullest ’cause the kids are requesting early Thanksgiving. You win some, you lose some. Then I have to re-Michael Jackson my son’s hair. So there goes the rest of my Sunday!
I Love you,
nik

P.S. Still going to Mass every.single.day. Was asked to return to serving on the Altar. Like, ‘ma’am, your break is over’, lol.
I am discerning but declining for now, because I like being a ghost 🙂 I can pray longer after receiving Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, and I like that a lot . I think my best service in this season is my lowly prayers! One of my favorites right now comes from the mouth of the ascended Jesus to St. Gertrude the Great-
Eternal Father, I offer You the most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen.
(it’s attributed to her, but no one knows- I just know it feels like the Divine Mercy prayer which came much later and they both feel as though they are my office)
Kids are great. Parents are great. I’m great! I spoke with someone yesterday about a lightness (of mood and spirit) they can’t explain. Why they feel good even though nothing has changed in their life yet. I explained how this lightness comes before you see it. You feel His Light before you see It. You feel the change first. Trust that if you’ve also been feeling less anxious and a bit lighter in your step, IT’S HERE. Give it a couple of weeks and stay aware of the Grace He has bestowed as this lightness. He’s here.
I love you!
